This Manager role is part of the National PAS WKFA team, specifically within the CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory group based in Mumbai. The National team operates across various industries, providing a broad and well-rounded experience. Workforce Advisory professionals at EY strategically align people strategies with overarching business objectives, placing individuals at the core of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change and turn talent strategy into a competitive advantage. Our expertise spans Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, leveraging proprietary tools and platforms.

Drive technical excellence in HR consulting and workforce advisory engagements, demonstrating strong consulting expertise. Possess a solid understanding of Hire to Retire processes and HR operating models across the entire employee lifecycle. Provide structured analysis, documentation, and solution execution for project delivery. Assess process improvements, reporting, and data-driven workforce insights through exposure to HR Technology and analytics. Support pre-sales activities, including articulating requirements and aligning solutions with a foundational understanding of AI in HR concepts.

Key areas of focus include aligning business and workforce strategies using advanced analytics and scenario modeling, defining new workforce experiences incorporating agile and digital practices, aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, and reimagining HR functions through digitization and optimized service delivery models.

To excel in this role, you should have a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a Master of Business Administration. A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.
