This role is part of the National People Consulting team, specifically focusing on Workforce Advisory within the CNS-PC practice. We empower clients to strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, placing 'Humans@Center' to drive sustainable change through workforce optimization. Drive end-to-end delivery for HR transformation support engagements for GCC clients, showcasing strong consulting and solutioning capabilities. Apply structured problem-solving and data-backed recommendations for workforce advisory.

Manage engagement economics, team utilization, and delivery governance effectively. Support proposal development, scope framing, and identify new growth initiatives within the practice. Provide sound leadership in coordinating teams and ensuring the successful execution of multiple client deliverables.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this position.
