As a Manager, you will be instrumental in leading end-to-end learning and onboarding transformation engagements, ensuring strong solution design and delivery governance. You will conduct learning needs analyses to identify capability gaps and design targeted interventions, including integrated learning curricula and enterprise learning strategies aligned with business goals.

Your role will involve creating comprehensive onboarding journey frameworks, covering pre-boarding, onboarding, and post-joining phases. Additionally, you will utilize your working knowledge of learning operations and LMS administration to support scalable and efficient learning delivery.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
