As a Manager in Workforce Advisory, you will be instrumental in helping clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans at the Center of transformation.

You will lead initiatives in Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy. Additionally, you will drive Change Experience and Learning by defining new Workforce Experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking, and facilitating accelerated adoption through our digital platforms. Your role will involve aligning Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs, and cultivating modern leadership capabilities. You will also contribute to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology.

To excel in this role, a strong understanding of workforce advisory concepts and the ability to apply consulting frameworks to business and HR challenges are essential. You must be proficient in analyzing workforce data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for productivity improvement. Experience in supporting shopfloor productivity assessments through structured data gathering and process analysis is required. The ability to translate workforce and operational insights into actionable recommendations for efficiency improvement is key. We seek individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions, possessing at least 6 years of project management experience.

We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. An agile, curious, and mindful approach, coupled with sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity, is highly valued. A Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Technology in Civil Engineering are the required qualifications.
