Join our National PAS WKFA team as a Manager in Workforce Advisory. This role is part of our People Consulting practice, dedicated to helping clients strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives. We champion a Human@Center approach to drive sustainable change through the power of the workforce.

As a Manager in Workforce Advisory, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through organization and workforce transformation initiatives. This includes applying capabilities in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. You will also support clients in defining new workforce experiences, including new ways of working and accelerated adoption of change.

Furthermore, you will contribute to aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, and in reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, technology, and rewards.

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Ideal candidates possess a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. You should demonstrate agility, curiosity, and the ability to maintain positive energy, adapting creatively to evolving client needs.
