This Manager role is part of the National PAS WKFA - CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY team in Chennai. The National segment features sector-agnostic teams providing diverse industry experience. Key areas of focus include:

- **Organization and Workforce Transformation:** Developing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with operating models, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. Leverage the proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - **Change Experience & Learning:** Designing the future workforce experience, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) and facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience and Digital Learning platforms. - **Purpose, Culture and Leadership:** Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models, adapting to customer needs, and building modern leadership and talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - **HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards:** Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources.
