This role is within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team, focusing on sector-agnostic solutions across industries. Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. Drive Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration), and facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms. Develop Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs that align with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating models, adapting to changing customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation. Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential. Candidates should possess qualities such as agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
