This role is part of our National People Consulting group, focused on aligning clients' people strategies with their overarching business objectives. By placing individuals at the core of transformation initiatives, we guide organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce. Our expertise enables clients to envision and shape their future workforce, ensuring they have the optimal talent, skills, and cost structure to achieve a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- **Organization and Workforce Transformation:** Developing integrated strategies that align business and workforce plans with current and future operating models. This involves leveraging capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- **Change Experience & Learning:** Designing and implementing enhanced workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs.

- **Purpose, Culture and Leadership:** Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs, and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster innovation and efficiency.

- **HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards:** Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and reward systems to meet business and individual goals.

To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Human Resources with 5-6 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal standards. A practical, analytical approach to problem-solving is essential, enabling the delivery of insightful and actionable solutions.
