By focusing on the human element of transformation, we assist organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce. We enable clients to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills, in the right roles, and at the optimal cost, thereby transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

The key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Developing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy using proprietary tools.

- Change Experience & Learning: Collaborating with clients to define new workforce experiences, including "New Ways of Working" (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). We facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategies, purpose, and operating models. This includes adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A background in Human Resources. - 5-8 years of relevant experience.
