This role involves driving key initiatives within Organization and Workforce Transformation, including scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy. You will also contribute to Change Experience & Learning initiatives, helping clients define new ways of working and accelerate adoption through digital tools and platforms.

Additionally, you will focus on Purpose, Culture and Leadership programs, aligning them with clients' business strategies and building modern leadership capabilities. You will also be involved in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, re-imagining and digitizing HR functions, including service delivery models and HR technology.

We are seeking individuals with 3-7 years of experience in Human Resources, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, coupled with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Candidates should exhibit agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and possess the ability to maintain positive energy, adaptability, and creativity in their approach.
