This role focuses on People Consulting, aligning clients' people strategies with their business objectives. You will help organizations drive sustainable change by putting Humans@Center of their transformation journeys. Key areas include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing scenario modeling, org design, and workforce analytics. - Change Experience & Learning, defining new work experiences and accelerating adoption through digital tools. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership, aligning programs with business strategy and building modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, digitizing the HR function and aligning rewards with objectives.
