This role is for a Manager within our National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) practice, focusing on Client National Services (CNS) and People Consulting (PC) in Bangalore. We empower clients to strategically align their people initiatives with overarching business objectives, placing humans at the forefront of transformation.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Integrating business and workforce strategies using scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Leverage the proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and facilitating adoption through digital change insights and learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs, and developing modern leadership capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, optimizing HR service delivery, implementing HR cloud technology, and refining employee policies and reward structures.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. - Proven ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. - Adaptability, curiosity, and a positive, energetic demeanor, coupled with creativity.
