This role is within the National PAS WKFA team, focusing on CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY in Bangalore. Our People Consulting professionals empower clients by strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives, placing individuals at the heart of transformation to drive sustainable change.

The key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital collaboration, and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, adapting to customer needs, and building modern talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess Human Resources expertise and have 5-8 years of relevant experience.
