The National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team is seeking a Manager in Bangalore. This national team collaborates across diverse industries, offering a well-rounded experience. Our People Consulting professionals partner with clients to strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives, placing humans at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce. We empower organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent, with the necessary skills, in optimal roles, and at the appropriate cost, transforming people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Employing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). We facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracking via Change Insights and Digital Learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating model. This involves adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Qualifications in Human Resources. - 5-6 years of relevant experience.
