The Manager role within our National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore offers a unique opportunity to work across various industries. This role is crucial in aligning our clients' people agenda with their broader business objectives, placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce. This position involves engaging in key areas of Workforce Advisory, including:
- **Organization and Workforce Transformation**: Implementing integrated approaches to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This includes utilizing capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy. - **Change Experience & Learning**: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, incorporating Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, and Problem-Solving methodologies. We facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences and digital learning platforms. - **Purpose, Culture and Leadership**: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients' business strategy, purpose, and operating models to foster innovation and efficiency. - **HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards**: Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, covering HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- **Experience**: A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant professional experience. - **Skills**: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to complex problems is essential. - **Attributes**: Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, maintain positive energy, and exhibit adaptability and creativity in their approach. - **Education**: A graduate-level qualification is required.
