The Manager position within National PAS WKFA CNS PC focuses on HR Transactions and HR Actuarial Services, offering a well-rounded experience across various industries. A postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 B-School, is required.

Possess 6-12 years of experience post-MBA in HR roles, including compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, and performance management.

Demonstrate excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment and collaborate effectively across client departments.
