A postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA or PGDM from a Tier 1 B-School, is required. Candidates should possess 6-12 years of post-MBA experience in HR roles such as compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, or performance management. Essential attributes include excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
