Join EY's Finance Operations team as an experienced Manager to drive Order to Cash (OTC) excellence. This role is pivotal in optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility, and streamlining revenue and cash flow management for our clients. You will oversee comprehensive processes from customer inquiries and sales orders to delivery and invoicing, with a specific focus on collections operations, dispute resolution, and cash reconciliations. Your expertise will ensure accurate reporting, efficient refund processing, and consistent recording of all collection activities, contributing to the achievement of key performance targets and upholding stringent compliance standards.

Lead and manage the Order to Cash value stream, demonstrating expertise in billing, collections, and cash applications.

Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and client interactions across various regions, adapting OTC processes to meet diverse requirements.

Identify, assess, and resolve complex financial operational problems through in-depth analysis and evaluation of variable factors.

Develop strategic solutions aligned with senior management's direction, often involving negotiation with senior client and internal stakeholders.

Independently determine methods and procedures for new assignments, flagging risks and proposing actionable plans.

Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and enhanced client value through an innovative mindset and transformation focus.

Manage medium to large teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all responsibilities.

Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams, Finance, AR, and AP departments to ensure seamless workflow and query resolution.

Oversee month-end close activities, maintain process accuracy, and minimize backlogs.

Serve as the primary point of contact for O2C escalations, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.

Manage billing trackers, reporting, and reconciliations, while also reviewing and updating SOPs and process documents.

Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Lead system changes, UAT testing, and rollouts for new O2C tools and enhancements.

Develop robust collection strategies and accurate monthly collection forecasts.

A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA Finance is preferred).

Possess 12 to 16 years of comprehensive experience in billing, sales order processing, or Order-to-Cash operations, ideally within service-based, aviation, or logistics industries.

Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is essential.

Demonstrated ability to manage month-end closing timelines and effectively handle peak-period workloads.

Experience working collaboratively with global or cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, including billing, collections, and cash application.

Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA in Fiori version is advantageous.

Solid grasp of finance processes like billing validation, dispute handling, unallocated cash, and month-end close support.

Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data validation for reporting and analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are critical for cross-functional coordination.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
