As a Manager, you will act as a techno-functional solution architect, guiding Oracle EPM implementation projects from initiation to post-go-live support. Your responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, developing, testing, and training clients. You'll ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables, adhering strictly to consulting standards.

Effective collaboration and communication with onshore and client stakeholders are essential. You will also lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering high performance and willingness to travel onsite as needed.

We are seeking candidates with over 10 years of experience in EPM implementations, including at least 5 successful Oracle EPM projects. A strong understanding of Oracle EPM modules like Consolidation, Financials, Workforce, Projects, and Strategic Modelling is crucial.

Expertise in Essbase, calc scripts, Calc Manager, and MaxL scripts is required, along with proficiency in Oracle EPM Cloud functionality. You should possess extensive experience in calculation scripting, groovy scripts, and designing EPM data integration solutions. A solid grasp of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes, along with planning methodologies, is expected.
