Join our Finance Transformation team as an Oracle FCCS Manager in Bengaluru. This role focuses on leveraging enterprise technology to drive functional excellence and innovation within business finance.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and contribute to critical finance transformation initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our financial processes and systems.

Lead and execute 7-10 years of Oracle EPM FCCS and HFM projects, focusing on end-to-end implementation.

Key duties include: - Hands-on implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS, HFM, FCM, FDMEE, Smart View, and HFR. - Developing solutions for Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr Reporting, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, and Currency translations. - Applying expert knowledge of functional EPM aspects for Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. - Writing and amending FCCS/HFM Rules and Metadata. - Building integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM using Data Management or FDMEE. - Developing Business Rules and Calc Scripts for diverse business needs. - Configuring security, user groups, and provisioning.

A seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM FCCS and HFM is required.

Essential qualifications include: - Minimum of 6 end-to-end hands-on implementation experiences with the Oracle EPM FCCS application. - Proficiency in HFM, FCM, FDMEE, Smart View, and HFR. - In-depth knowledge of FCCS implementation for reporting and financial processes. - Strong understanding of EPM functional areas, including financial statements. - Proven ability to write and modify FCCS/HFM rules and metadata. - Experience with ERP/HCM integrations via Data Management or FDMEE. - Skill in writing Business Rules and Calc Scripts. - Familiarity with security setup and user provisioning.
