We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle EPM FCCS to lead finance transformation initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial technology solutions and contribute to business growth.

Execute at least six end-to-end Oracle EPM FCCS implementations. Implement financial close solutions including Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), and FDMEE. Develop and configure solutions for statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, and CbCr reporting. Manage allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation requirements within FCCS.

Demonstrate expert understanding of EPM functional aspects, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting. Modify and analyze FCCS/HFM rules and metadata to ensure system integrity. Build integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM using Data Management or FDMEE. Write business rules, calc scripts, and Calc Manager rules to support diverse business needs. Configure security, user groups, and provisioning.

A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, specifically in Oracle EPM FCCS and HFM. Proven success in leading and executing multiple full lifecycle implementations of Oracle EPM FCCS is essential. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR) is a must.

Proficiency in implementing FCCS for statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, and CbCr reporting is critical. A deep understanding of allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations is expected. Expertise in functional aspects of EPM related to financial statements is required.

Candidates must be adept at reading, writing, and amending FCCS/HFM rules and metadata, understanding their system impact. Experience building integrations using Data Management or FDMEE is necessary. The ability to write business rules, calc scripts, and Calc Manager rules is also a key requirement. Familiarity with security setup, user groups, and provisioning is expected.
