Lead comprehensive Oracle FCCS implementations, managing all project phases from scope and budget to delivery and hypercare. Design and architect robust FCCS solutions, including consolidation processes, reporting frameworks, and close management.

Oversee the configuration and development of FCCS, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical excellence. Guide integration efforts with various source systems and ensure solution performance and scalability.

Mentor and manage project teams, conducting quality assurance and supporting resource development. Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating progress, managing escalations, and identifying new business opportunities.

A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions is required, with at least 5 years of dedicated hands-on Oracle FCCS implementation experience. Proven experience leading multiple FCCS projects and a strong background in consulting and client management are essential.

Candidates should demonstrate experience managing global or large-scale transformation programs. Proficiency in key skills such as Oracle FCCS, HFM, Data Management/FDMEE, Smart View, Financial Reporting, and EPBCS/PBCS is expected. Experience with ARCS and EDMCS is preferred.
