Seeking an experienced Manager to lead Oracle ERP Cloud data migration, reporting, and BPM initiatives in Ahmedabad. This role is critical for driving functional excellence and innovation through enterprise technology solutions.

The position involves comprehensive management of data migration workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timely delivery. You will play a key part in the strategic planning and execution of data conversion processes for Oracle Fusion modules.

Spearhead end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration and conversion efforts, defining strategies, scope, and methodologies. Lead the migration of master and transactional data across various Oracle Fusion modules, including Finance, Procurement, and SCM. Utilize Oracle migration tools like FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL, along with APIs and spreadsheet uploads. Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading from legacy systems, ensuring data quality and reconciliation between source and target systems.

Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to translate requirements into migration strategies and data mappings. Drive migration activities through unit testing, SIT, UAT, mock conversions, and production cutover. Lead data migration efforts during cutover and go-live, developing detailed plans and runbooks. Manage and mentor data migration teams, ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes. Act as the primary migration subject matter expert for client discussions, managing risks and escalations.

Proven experience in leading Oracle ERP Cloud data migration, including reports and BPM. Expertise in data conversion strategies, EBS to Fusion migration, and migration tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and APIs. Strong understanding of data extraction, transformation, loading, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and developing migration scripts. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Procurement, Projects, and SCM is essential.

Demonstrated ability in workstream leadership, cutover and go-live execution, team management, and client/stakeholder management. Experience in managing risks, issues, and offshore delivery models. A track record in practice development and contributing to knowledge sharing within the Oracle Cloud data migration domain is highly valued. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
