Lead and implement Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching projects. Articulate reconciliation workflows and demonstrate a strong understanding of aging concepts. Conduct ARCS demo/POC sessions, translating business requirements into tailored solutions. Facilitate successful client acquisition and business wins through effective solution design and presentation.

Proven experience in Oracle EPM, specifically with ARCS and ARM. Expertise in Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching project lifecycles. Familiarity with passing GL, Sub-ledger, and Intercompany adjustments. Ability to understand and apply aging concepts to client requirements. A complete project lifecycle experience is essential.
