Seeking a Manager with expertise in Oracle EPM and ARCS to drive finance transformation initiatives. This role is crucial for enhancing business finance operations.

As a key member of the Enterprise Technology & Performance team, you will leverage technology to achieve functional excellence and foster innovation.

This position requires a deep understanding of financial processes and a proven track record in implementing advanced EPM solutions.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Account Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching projects using Oracle ARCS.

Configure ARCS environments, including setting up periods, organizational units, forms, custom attributes, profiles, and reconciliations.

Manage transaction loading, auto-match configurations, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.

Articulate reconciliation workflows and facilitate the passing of GL, sub-ledger, and intercompany adjustments.

Develop reports using RTF templates and SQL scripting, and ensure efficient loading of GL and sub-ledger data into ARCS.

Possess 6-9 years of experience with at least 4 end-to-end implementation cycles in Account Reconciliation.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, specifically ARCS, and a strong understanding of the account reconciliation process.

Familiarity with finance transformation and business finance principles is essential.

Key skills include working knowledge of SQL Scripting and BI Publisher. Experience with FDMEE/DM is considered a plus.
