Join our dynamic team as an Oracle EPM Manager and drive transformative finance initiatives. This role is pivotal in leading end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and providing expert solution architecture across a suite of EPM products. You will serve as a key advisor to finance, accounting, and IT leadership, fostering strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Oversee complete Oracle EPM implementations, managing scope, budget, and risks to ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert guidance on solution design and architecture for FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, EDM, Narrative Reporting, PCMCS, and Tax Reporting. Lead finance process transformation initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. Manage client escalations, cultivate strong relationships, and identify opportunities for account expansion. Mentor and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Engage in recruitment, talent assessment, and building a robust talent pipeline for the Oracle EPM practice.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud is required, with proven expertise in FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, EDM, and Narrative Reporting. Strong capabilities in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation are essential. Candidates should possess excellent program and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in pre-sales and solutioning. Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is required; an MBA, CA, CPA, or CMA is preferred. Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 firm or a leading system integrator is highly desirable.
