Seeking a skilled Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives using Oracle EPBCS/PBCS. This role involves architecting and implementing comprehensive financial planning solutions. You will drive the technical design and execution of various EPM modules, ensuring alignment with corporate finance strategies.

Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS modules (Workforce, Capital, Financials, Project Planning). Manage and mentor a team of EPM consultants, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.

Oversee the development of complex business rules, Calc Scripts, Groovy scripting, and data forms. Architect data integration workflows between EPBCS and ERP systems like Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite, or SAP. Design advanced reporting solutions using FRS, Smart View, and Management Reporting.

Manage system administration, including upgrades and security. Establish rigorous testing frameworks for UAT, system integration, and data reconciliation.

Proven experience in leading the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle EPBCS/PBCS modules. Strong understanding of Workforce, Capital, Financials, and Project Planning modules is essential.

Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor EPM consulting teams. Experience in collaborating with corporate finance executives to translate budgeting and forecasting requirements into technical solutions.

Expertise in business rules, Calc Scripts, Groovy scripting, and data forms. Proficiency in architecting data integration workflows using Data Management or Data Integration. Experience with Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Management Reporting is required. Knowledge of system administration and UAT processes is necessary.
