Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll Manager to lead HR transformation initiatives. This role is based in Mumbai and requires deep functional expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll.

Bring your extensive experience in Oracle EBS Payroll to a leading firm. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative HR solutions, leveraging your strong understanding of payroll processes and Oracle's capabilities.

Lead Oracle EBS Payroll functional implementations and provide expert guidance on configurations and best practices.

Develop and amend Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

Manage integrations with other modules such as Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences.

Oversee payroll reconciliation processes and parallel run strategies to ensure seamless transitions.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle EBS Payroll functional consulting, with a certification in the module.

Proven ability to write, amend, and understand Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.

Demonstrated experience in at least two HCM Global Payroll Module implementations, with a preference for India, UK, USA, or Middle East regions.

Solid understanding of payroll reconciliation and parallel run strategies.

Familiarity with Batch Loader/SHDL for data loading and integration touchpoints with other HCM modules.

A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field.
