Join our Finance Transformation team as a Manager in Mumbai, focusing on Oracle Consolidation. You will play a key role in driving functional excellence and enabling long-term growth through enterprise technology.

This role is integral to our Business Finance function, leveraging deep expertise in Oracle EPM solutions to enhance financial processes and reporting. We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our ongoing success.

Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EPM FCCS applications, with a minimum of two full project cycles.

Develop expertise in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).

Implement FCCS for statutory reporting, management reporting, multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr reporting, allocations, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation requirements.

Gain expert understanding of the functional aspects of EPM concerning Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

Write, amend, and understand FCCS/HFM rules and metadata to ensure system integrity.

Build integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM using Data Management or FDMEE.

Develop Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules to meet diverse business needs.

Configure security, user groups, and provisioning settings.

Possess 4-10 years of relevant experience specifically in Oracle EPM FCCS and HFM.

Demonstrate a minimum of two hands-on, end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle EPM FCCS.

Have hands-on experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Financial Close Management (FCM), FDMEE, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting (HFR).

Experience with FCCS implementation for Statutory reporting, Management Reporting, Multi-GAAP, IFRS, CbCr Reporting, Allocations, Intercompany eliminations, and Currency translations is essential.

Possess expert understanding and practical experience in the functional aspects of EPM related to Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting.

Skilled in FCCS/HFM Rules writing, including reading, writing, amending, and understanding system impacts.

Proficient in FCCS/HFM Metadata, including reading, writing, amending, and understanding system impacts.

Experience building integrations between FCCS, ERP, and HCM using Data Management or FDMEE.

Proven ability in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Calc Manager rules for various business functionalities.

Understanding and experience with the setup of security, user groups, and provisioning.
