Seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Manager to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide integration solutions. This role focuses on bridging Oracle Cloud with external enterprise applications, demanding robust technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Database, and integration architecture.

Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex integration programs is essential. The position requires a strong combination of solution architecture, technical leadership, effective stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery for mission-critical, high-volume integrations.

- Lead comprehensive integration solution design, development, and implementation using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems. - Define integration strategies encompassing batch, real-time, asynchronous, and event-driven processes. - Guide technical teams through architecture and code reviews, performance tuning, and production support. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, enterprise architects, and project managers to establish integration roadmaps. - Champion technical governance, coding standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices. - Design and implement high-volume integration solutions for large transactional workloads, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. - Conduct effort estimation, solution planning, technical risk assessment, and capacity planning. - Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. - Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.

A strong technical background is required, including hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) adapters such as ERP, HCM, REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, Database, File, OCI Object Storage, and Email.

Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for developing extensions and custom applications within Oracle Fusion Cloud is necessary. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade integrations is crucial.

This includes expertise in large-volume data migration, high transaction throughput, bulk and parallel processing, file chunking/batching, database performance optimization, integration tuning, and designing for scalability, resiliency, monitoring, and recovery.

A thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is expected, with experience in functional areas like SCM, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, PDH, PIM, Financials, or HCM.
