Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules. This role requires deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Procurement Cloud, Supply Chain Execution, Order Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and Supply Chain Financial Orchestration.

Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. The position involves driving system configuration, testing, and end-to-end process support within manufacturing and costing modules. Collaboration with finance, supply chain, and operations teams is crucial for seamless integration.

Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify challenges, and design innovative solutions. This manager will oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource management, ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines. Mentorship and knowledge sharing are key aspects of fostering a collaborative team environment.

Drive system configuration, testing, and support for Oracle Fusion SCM, including manufacturing and costing modules. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate functionalities with other Oracle modules. Conduct process workshops to gather requirements and design enhanced workflows.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting a knowledge-sharing culture. Lead user training sessions and create detailed documentation for ongoing support.

Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications. Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex issues related to Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing efficiently.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management, with at least 7 years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud. Possess strong expertise in key SCM functions such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, and Quality Management.

Demonstrate proven hands-on configuration experience. Excellent project management skills are essential, including a background in leading teams and managing timelines effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and prior client-facing experience are required.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is necessary. Oracle certifications in SCM-related areas are preferred.
