We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead our implementation and optimization efforts. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

Your expertise will be critical in aligning our systems with business requirements, driving best practices, and ensuring seamless integration across various modules. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our supply chain strategy and execution.

Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Supply Chain Planning (SCP), Procurement Cloud (Source-to-Pay), Supply Chain Execution, Order Management (OM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities, overseeing end-to-end processes within manufacturing and costing modules. Collaborate closely with finance, supply chain, and operations teams for effective integration.

Conduct process workshops to gather requirements, identify pain points, and design impactful solutions. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to scope and deadlines.

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Lead user training sessions, deliver knowledge transfer, and create detailed documentation for ongoing support. Ensure data integrity and handle escalations for complex issue resolution.

A minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Possess strong expertise in key SCM functions such as Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Order Management, Pricing, Configuration, PIM, and Quality Management. Demonstrate proven hands-on configuration experience.

Exhibit excellent project management skills, with a background in leading teams and managing project timelines effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and client-facing experience are essential.

Oracle certifications in SCM-related areas are preferred. This role is based in Bengaluru, IN.
