This Manager position within Operations, specifically focusing on Finance, Controlling, and General Accounting in Gurgaon, is integral to our CBS (Client Service Teams) function. You'll contribute to operational efficiency by providing essential knowledge, resources, and tools that enable EY to deliver high-quality client service and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading statutory compliance, procurement, and operational audits. You will perform ledger reconciliation in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial requirements, and review GST and other statutory obligations. Audits of administrative expenses, travel, and procurement processes will be conducted to ensure adherence to policies and cost efficiency. Additionally, you will identify and report compliance gaps, detect irregularities, and recommend preventive controls. Developing and presenting MIS reports on audit findings, compliance status, and expense trends for management review is also a core duty. Continuous assessment and improvement of audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk management processes are expected.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, MBA (Finance/Operations), or M.Com qualification is required, coupled with 6-10 years of internal audit experience, covering statutory, procurement, and operational audits. A strong working knowledge of SAP for ledger reconciliation and financial reporting is essential. You should possess a good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, PF, ESI, leaves) and procurement best practices. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SAP ERP, and MIS tools is necessary. Key skills include expertise in ledger reconciliation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, strong knowledge of procurement and compliance frameworks, excellent reporting and communication abilities, process orientation, attention to detail, and high integrity.
