Lead comprehensive OneStream implementation and transformation projects from initial requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Serve as a key functional and technical subject matter expert for the OneStream platform, providing strategic guidance and best practices to clients.

Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define project scope and translate complex needs into effective OneStream solutions. Develop robust solutions utilizing OneStream's capabilities, including Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, Data Management, Security, and Extensible Dimensionality.

Provide in-depth expertise across various OneStream modules such as Financial Close, Planning, Consolidation, Account Reconciliations, Transaction Matching, and Reporting. Oversee integration and data transformation efforts with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, ensuring seamless data flow.

Review and enhance Business Rules, calculations, data loads, and integrations to optimize application performance. Lead the development of solution architecture, technical designs, code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment plans. Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations effectively.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in EPM/FP&A/Financial Systems, with substantial hands-on expertise in OneStream, is essential. Demonstrated experience in OneStream application design, development, implementation, and support is required.

Proficiency in OneStream Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, Data Management, Security, and Extensible Dimensionality is a must. Experience with VB.NET, SQL, and OneStream APIs is necessary for successful development and integration.

Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and reconciliation processes is expected. Experience with ERP integrations, particularly SAP or similar financial systems, is crucial. A solid understanding of data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation is also required.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client-facing engagements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are vital for this role. OneStream certifications or equivalent demonstrated expertise are highly preferred.
