As a Manager, you will leverage your deep understanding of the OneStream platform and financial processes to advise clients, design innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Spearhead OneStream implementation projects, overseeing all phases from initial requirements gathering to post-production support. Serve as a subject matter expert for the OneStream platform, guiding clients on best practices and effective solution design. Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into robust OneStream solutions. Develop and implement solutions utilizing OneStream's core functionalities including Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, and Data Management. Provide expertise across various OneStream modules such as Financial Close, Planning, Consolidation, and Reporting. Manage integrations with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle, ensuring efficient data flow. Review and optimize application performance, business rules, and data loads. Lead technical design, code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment activities. Effectively manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations. Mentor and develop OneStream consultants and developers through task allocation and technical reviews. Collaborate with client finance and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives. Support pre-sales efforts, including demonstrations, proposals, and technical assessments. Identify opportunities for process automation and application optimization. Oversee production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, or financial systems, with substantial hands-on experience in OneStream. Demonstrate strong expertise in OneStream application design, development, implementation, and support. Exhibit in-depth knowledge of OneStream's capabilities: Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, Workflow, Data Management, Security, and Extensible Dimensionality. Proficiency in VB.NET, SQL, and OneStream APIs is essential. Experience in designing and optimizing complex financial calculations and data models. Solid understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and reconciliation processes. Experience integrating with ERP systems, particularly SAP or similar financial platforms. Strong grasp of data integration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation principles. Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client-facing projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. OneStream certifications or proven expertise are preferred qualifications. Experience with Transaction Matching, Account Reconciliation, or MarketPlace solutions is a plus. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies is beneficial.
