As the Integration Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled developers, coordinating project execution, and providing essential technical guidance. Your role involves collaborating closely with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and architect innovative technical solutions. You will also develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources effectively, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality integration solutions.

Key duties include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications, conducting thorough code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical challenges. Staying abreast of the latest technological advancements and recommending process improvements will be crucial for continuous innovation and team development.

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in designing and implementing integration solutions, particularly using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT). A solid understanding of middleware technologies and extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), and MFT are essential. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c.

Proficiency in areas such as OAuth 2.0, various authentication methods, and SSL is required. Experience in designing high-performing, scalable integrations, implementing reusability through libraries and templates, and working with cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integrations is also necessary. A relevant BE/BTech/MCA qualification, along with knowledge of OIC adapters, connections, lookups, and agents, is expected. Familiarity with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XQuery, XSLT, Oracle Database, JDeveloper, and WebLogic is important, with DevOps/DevSecOps experience being a valuable asset. A proven track record in Agile environments and full software development lifecycle knowledge are critical for success in this role.
