Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding them towards successful project completion. Provide essential technical guidance and foster professional development among team members.

Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective technical solutions. Develop comprehensive project plans, establish realistic timelines, and manage resources efficiently to achieve project goals.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software applications, adhering strictly to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high quality, performance, and adherence to guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, recommending process improvements and fostering innovation.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required. Significant experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using Oracle OIC, SOA Suite, and Oracle Managed File Transfer (OMFT) is essential.

Expertise in middleware technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite (11g/12c), MFT, and large-scale enterprise system integration is highly valued. You should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with OIC, Oracle SOA Suite 12c, Oracle BPEL, Oracle Mediator, Oracle Business Rules, and Oracle Service Bus 12c (OSB/ESB), with practical MFT experience.

Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and SSL is necessary, along with experience in designing scalable and high-performing integrations. This includes implementing reusability with libraries and templates, and understanding cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises OIC integration patterns.

Familiarity with data integration solutions, including SOAP and REST, with proficiency in XML/JSON/XQuery/XSLT is expected. Experience with SOA Composites using BPEL Orchestration and SOA Suite JCA Adapters is beneficial. A strong understanding of Oracle Database or similar SQL, the Oracle SOA Suite Policy framework, and Oracle MDS (Meta Data Repository) is required.

Proficiency in JDeveloper, Data Access Architecture, and Oracle WebLogic is necessary. Working experience in Agile environments, fundamental IT technical skills, and a solid understanding of the full software development life cycle are key. Experience with Agile Development, Agile Testing, Solution Modeling, and Solution Functional Fit Analysis is required.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are a must. Mandatory proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a prerequisite for this role.
