Join our team as a Manager specializing in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft and Fusion ERP/HCM systems. This role requires a strong techno-functional background and expertise in designing, developing, and implementing robust integration solutions.

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of leading complex integration projects. Your ability to work independently and collaborate effectively will be key to success in this position.

Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of OIC integration solutions, leveraging pre-built adapters, web services, FBDI, and HDL. You will manage interface transformations, orchestration, and implement sophisticated fault-handling mechanisms.

Develop customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS. Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation, and work with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP). Configure OIC connections and provide comprehensive troubleshooting and support, including managing service requests with Oracle for issue resolution.

A minimum of two implementation projects using the core OIC skills is mandatory, demonstrating your capability as an independent contributor. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Proven experience in client-facing roles, including requirements gathering, is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills are expected. The role also requires a willingness to work in shifts.
