Join our team as a Manager specializing in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft and Fusion ERP/HCM. This role demands a blend of techno-functional expertise and strong communication skills. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing critical integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between various enterprise systems. We are looking for an independent contributor with a proven track record in at least two OIC implementation projects.

This position requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a willingness to adapt to evolving project needs, including potential shift work. Your ability to engage effectively with clients, gather requirements, and drive successful outcomes will be key to this role.

Design, develop, and implement OIC integration solutions using pre-built adapters, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, and HDL.

Manage interface transformations and orchestration between disparate systems.

Implement robust fault-handling and error-resolution mechanisms.

Develop customizations using Visual Builder, APEX, or VBCS.

Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for efficient data manipulation.

Work with Oracle Autonomous Database (ATP) and configure OIC connections (SOAP, REST, FTP).

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide troubleshooting support, including service request management and coordination with Oracle for issue resolution.

Participate in customer requirements-gathering workshops and act as a client-facing professional.

A minimum of two implementation projects leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud for PeopleSoft and Fusion ERP/HCM is mandatory, showcasing your capability as an independent contributor.

Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required.

Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and active participation in requirements-gathering sessions are essential.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, personal drive, flexibility, teamwork, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills are paramount.

Candidates must be willing to work in shifts. Experience in Agile methodologies, Jira board management, and test-cycle management are considered advantageous.
