This role involves leading architectural activities throughout the digital solutions development lifecycle. Collaboration with global architecture teams and stakeholders is key to formalizing and adopting standards and procedures. The architect will deliver sustainable technical architectures aligned with organizational vision and roadmaps.

Key responsibilities include architecting secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions for varied business problems. You will collaborate with cross-location architecture teams and communicate architectural designs to stakeholders. Delivering sustainable solution architectures that align with organizational vision and product roadmaps is essential. The role also involves assisting in the development of a solutions architecture program, including roadmaps and project portfolios.

Adhering to architectural standards and gaining approval for deliverables through compliance processes are critical. You will partner with stakeholders and manage small delivery teams to achieve valuable outcomes. The architect will also guide the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, and replacements, considering productivity, usability, and total cost of ownership. Supporting product owners and project managers in evaluating product concept viability from a technical and cost perspective is also part of the role.

We seek a Solution Architect with 7-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crafting end-to-end architecture. A Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) or Master of Computer Application (MCA) degree is required.

Mandatory skills include proficiency in C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, HTML, WebApi, Node, React, Angular, Python, and SQL Server. Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS and IaaS is essential, along with expertise in .NET Architecture, Application & Cloud Design Patterns, and addressing performance bottlenecks. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (AD, Azure AD, SSO, RBAC) and translating business requirements into technical designs using UML is necessary. Experience with GIT, VSTS, DevOps concepts, SOA, Microservices, and Agile practices is also required.

Proven problem-solving abilities, capacity for independent work, and excellent communication and user-empathy skills are highly valued. Defining and enforcing best practices, design/coding standards, and supporting effort estimation and planning are also key aspects of this role.
