This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, from initial design and development through to deployment and ongoing support. You will be instrumental in driving functional excellence and fostering innovation within our client engagements.

Lead the comprehensive design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. Provide expert technical guidance across Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. Architect robust integrations with key systems like SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and Azure services. Translate intricate business needs into scalable solution architectures, delivery plans, and technical documentation. Oversee ALM, environment strategy, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub, ensuring adherence to security and governance standards. Manage delivery teams, mentor developers, and ensure the timely, high-quality completion of projects. Drive adoption of emerging Power Platform capabilities and reusable assets.

A minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 3 years dedicated to Microsoft Power Platform development and solution design. Proven expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI is essential. Experience with solution architecture, data modelling, integrations, APIs, and Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online is required. Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps/GitHub, security, and governance best practices is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects in an Agile environment. Exposure to advanced Power Platform features and certifications in Power Platform or Azure are highly desirable.
