This role is pivotal in architecting, designing, and governing sophisticated Mendix solutions for critical business applications. Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-scale Mendix applications, establishing development standards and governance frameworks. Lead technical design and review sessions, focusing on building scalable, secure, and reusable application components. Optimize core Mendix elements like Domain Models, Microflows, and Nanoflows, while driving the integration strategy across diverse enterprise platforms.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Guide development teams on Mendix best practices, performance, security, and maintainability. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and quality standards, and support DevOps initiatives. Mentor developers and explore emerging AI and low-code innovations.

We seek an experienced Senior Mendix Architect with 10-12+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 5 years hands-on Mendix development and architecture. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an MCA, is required. Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory, with Mendix Expert Certification being a strong preference.

Candidates should possess deep expertise in Mendix architecture, enterprise integrations (SAP, Teamcenter, Snowflake), low-code best practices, and solution governance. Strong skills in stakeholder management, team leadership, mentoring, and exceptional communication are essential for success in this role.
