This role focuses on developing in-house automation and analytics solutions for clients across managed services, finance, supply chain, and commercial functions. - Cultivate strong strategic client relationships and manage partners, identifying avenues for growth. - Prepare and model data effectively for visualization needs. - Elicit reporting requirements from stakeholders, design solutions, analyze source data, and ensure timely delivery of reports. - Develop intuitive, interactive Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions. - Monitor, fine-tune, and optimize dashboard performance. - Integrate with SQL Servers and other data sources to drive automation. - Address complex visualization and data challenges within dashboards. - Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence concepts. - Participate in administrative tasks such as publishing, user management, and deployment. - Extract data from multiple sources. - Collaborate with business partners and customers to understand and fulfill reporting requirements.

- Possess a BE/B-Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc, or MSc degree. - Relevant work experience in automation, BOT deployment, and dashboard development is required. - Experience with automation tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power BI, and SQL is preferred. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. - Familiarity with ETL tools, particularly SSIS, is advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, is necessary. - A flexible, dedicated, and solution-oriented mindset is crucial, especially during periods of change. - Demonstrate an innovative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
