Engage in comprehensive target searches via primary and secondary research, followed by preliminary evaluations, including tax diligence and initial client discussions. Formulate preliminary investment theses and identify key client deliverables. Conduct confirmatory due diligence, assessing and mitigating tax-related risks.

Contribute to deal negotiation and structuring, preparing final investment theses for board presentations. Review transaction documents from a tax perspective and develop business development materials. Lead cross-functional teams, including internal resources and external consultants, in M&A project execution.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7 years of dedicated experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, coupled with excellent leadership qualities.
