As a Manager in our M&A Tax team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets through rigorous research, conducting preliminary tax due diligence, and facilitating discussions with company management.

You will also contribute to deal structuring, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies from a tax perspective. The role involves formulating investment theses, preparing transaction documents, and developing business development materials. Leading cross-functional teams of 6-8 members, including internal resources and external consultants, to successfully execute M&A projects is a key aspect of this position.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in Mergers & Acquisitions Tax. A strong foundation in technical tax knowledge is essential, coupled with demonstrable leadership qualities.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, alongside robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Experience in performance management and coaching is also highly valued. This role is based in Gurugram.
