As a Manager in M&A Tax, you will cultivate strong client relationships and exceed expectations. Your role involves identifying target companies through thorough research, conducting preliminary tax diligence, and facilitating initial management discussions.

You will also contribute to deal structuring, risk assessment from a tax perspective, and preparing investment theses for board presentation. Additionally, you'll review transaction documents, develop business development materials, and lead cross-functional teams in M&A projects.

We are seeking a qualified CA with 5-7 years of dedicated M&A Tax experience. Essential qualifications include strong technical expertise in M&A Tax, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Proven abilities in decision-making, problem-solving, performance management, and coaching are also vital for success in this role.
