As a Deputy Manager in our M&A Tax division, your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams to surpass expectations.

Key responsibilities include: - Managing tax aspects of M&A activities, including structuring, integration planning, and compliance. - Developing optimal outbound and inbound investment structures from tax and regulatory perspectives. - Executing corporate and group restructurings. - Assisting clients with the implementation of merger and demerger schemes, including filings with regulatory bodies. - Conducting direct tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions to identify tax exposures and benefits. - Reviewing critical transactional documents such as Schemes of Arrangement and Share Purchase Agreements. - Driving business development initiatives, including market research and creating compelling client presentations.
