Join our dynamic Mergers & Acquisitions (Tax) team as a Manager in Delhi. This role is integral to our Tax Practice, focusing on assuring strong foundations for future client aspirations by navigating complex financial landscapes.

As a Manager, you will cultivate robust client relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams to consistently exceed expectations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to significant transactions and drive success within a leading professional services firm.

Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and shortlisting potential target companies through thorough research. You will conduct preliminary evaluations and tax diligence, engaging in initial discussions with management. A key aspect involves ideation, providing critical input on client deliverables, and formulating preliminary investment theses.

You will perform confirmatory due diligence, assessing and mitigating tax-related risks. The role also includes contributing to deal negotiation and structuring, preparing final investment theses for board presentation, and reviewing transaction documents from a tax perspective. Additionally, you'll be involved in creating business development materials and leading cross-functional teams in M&A projects.

We are seeking a qualified CA with 5-7 years of experience specifically in M&A Tax. Essential qualities include strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership abilities, and effective communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will also possess strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, along with proficiency in performance management and coaching. This onsite role is based in Delhi.
