Join our Technology & Transformation practice as an experienced Java & AWS Technical Lead. You will drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications. Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of robust Java/Spring Boot and AWS solutions. Craft microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven, cloud-native architectures. Champion the adoption of key AWS services including EKS/ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, and CloudWatch.

Provide essential technical leadership, conduct thorough code and design reviews, and actively mentor engineering teams. Drive best practices in CI/CD, DevOps, security, performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective technical solutions. Support technical solutioning, estimation, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and application modernization efforts.

A minimum of 7 years of software engineering experience with strong, hands-on coding proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS is essential. You should possess practical experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, S3, and RDS.

A solid understanding of Event-Driven Architecture and API Design Patterns is required. Experience with AWS CloudWatch, Log Insights, and log analytics for distributed tracing and troubleshooting is also necessary. Proficiency in OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization implementation, along with experience in Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and messaging technologies, is expected.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native development principles is beneficial. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are paramount. The ability to lead technical discussions and effectively mentor development teams is crucial for success in this role.
