Seeking a Java Solution Architect to shape and oversee robust, cloud-native architectures. This role demands deep expertise in Java and Spring, proven architectural leadership, and practical experience with emerging AI Native patterns like RAG, LLMs, and cloud AI services. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable application architectures and microservices for enterprise Java systems. You will produce detailed High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation, lead architectural reviews to ensure best practices, and mentor development and QE teams. Collaboration with onshore teams is crucial for aligning priorities and milestones. A significant focus will be on designing AI Native architectures, integrating with Azure cloud AI services, and implementing memory management strategies for AI-powered applications. Driving DevOps automation and leading code reviews are also integral to this role.

A minimum of 9 years of software engineering experience is required, with 13+ years preferred. We are looking for 3–5 years specifically in technical architecture for both on-premises and cloud environments. Essential skills include expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Spring Batch. You should also possess 3+ years of experience with AI Native architectures (RAG, LLM deployment, memory management, cloud AI services), including hands-on work with Azure OpenAI, model fine-tuning, and GenAI integrations. Strong command of HLD/LLD and DevOps tools (Maven, Git, CI/CD, Autosys) is necessary. Experience with RPM Packaging and Linux is a plus. Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders are paramount.
